Chicken Curry With Rice
Ingredients: rice- (50%), (rice &water). chicken curry- chicken (15%), onions, tomatoes, water, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, chilli power, tumeric, green chillies, tomato puree, paprika, ginger, garlic powder, citric acid, lactic acid, onion puree, spices, herbs, whole jeeraCooking instructions:
Microwave instructions: microwave oven vary. the following recommendation is a guide only. remove from the outer sleeve, pierce the film and place in the oven. stir halfway through cooking by peeling back the film. for 750 watt ovens heat for 7 minutes on high setting. for 650 watt ovens heat for 8 minutes on high setting. adjust times according to your particular oven. after leave to stand for 1 minute, remove film and stir thoroughly, check the product is hot before serving.
Heating in a conventional oven: preheat oven to 150C, 300F, gas mark 5. remove from sleeve and pierce film. place on middle shelf of your oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring half way through cooking and at the end of cooking by peeling the back of the film. in fan assisted ovens, heating time may be reduced.
