Chicken tandoori masala

Ingredients: marinated chicken, tamarind (27%), (chicken, water, tamarind, ginger, salt, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, spices, acetic acid (milk), colours E163, E122, E129). Onion puree, water, soya oil, ginger, garlic, tamarind paste, chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika, green cardamom, nutmeg, mace, cloves, colours (E124, E102), yoghurt (milk), cashew nuts, barbecue enhancer.

 

Cooking instructions: microwave ovens vary. The following recommendation is a guide only. Remove from the outer sleeve, pierce the film and place in the oven. Stir halfway through cooking by peeling back the film. For 750 watt ovens heat for 5-6 minutes on high setting. For 650 watt ovens heat for 6-7 minutes on high setting. Adjust times according to your particular oven. After heating leave to stand for 1 minute, remove film and stir thoroughly, check the product is hot before serving

Heating in a conventional oven: preheat oven to 150C, 300F, gas mark 5. Remove from sleeve and pierce film. Place on middle shelve of your oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring half way through cooking and at end of cooking by peeling back the film. In fan assisted ovens, time may be reduced.
